The county of Cheshire is one of the most affluent in the country. It is home to Premier League footballers, landed gentry and well to do business folk for a reason. Full of stately homes, rolling countryside, farmland and park estates, it’s the perfect location for a wedding of any size.

cheshire wedding photography bride and friends standing on wallI love working in Cheshire. There is always a venue that I haven’t worked at that pops up. Or a venue I love and get the chance to work at again.

There is such a huge variety of wedding venues in Cheshire.

Lots of former stately homes have been transformed into grand wedding venues. Rookery Hall, Capesthorne Hall and Tatton Park, to name but a few.

On a smaller scale there is Rowton Hall and Inglewood Manor in Chester. They are country manor home from homes. Both offer exceptional service, beautiful grounds, and a friendly atmosphere.

There are the converted barn wedding venues, such as Styal Lodge and Sandhole Oak Barn. They offer a modern, neutral, yet rustic setting with spectacular scenery. Chockful of wooden beams, wooden panelled walls and a neutral palette. You can definitely choose any theme or colour scheme at these venues.

There are some gorgeous churches too, if you prefer to have a church service. Watch out for some of the vicars though. Blimey-some are fierce!

I am lucky that Cheshire is just a short drive from where I am based, so love travelling for a fabulous Cheshire wedding.

I have selected a couple of Cheshire wedding venues that I have worked at, so that you can get an idea of my work.
